If you buy a puppy, we would prefer that you pick it up personally. However if that is not possible, we can deliver your puppy within a 300 mile radius for a fee comparable to what a reputable shipping company would charge.
If you would prefer for us to ship your puppy, we will be happy to make arrangements. Safe shipping is available. Puppy has to be at least eight weeks old before we can ship.
If you come to visit us, please call upon arrival in Andrews and we can meet you or give you directions to our home.
Prices vary depending on color and pattern, ranging from $350.00 -$2500.00 (US Dollars). We will offer a discount when purchasing more than one puppy to a loving home. Call or email for specific prices.
Payment Information
Please send $100.00 non-refundable deposit to reserve the puppy of your choice. If puppy is over 5 weeks old, send 1/2 of the amount of purchase price to reserve. Deposit payments can be Certified/Cashiers Check, personal check, or cash. Balance must be paid by Certified/Cashiers check. No personal checks at pickup. Please make sure puppy is available and you have spoken with me before sending deposit. All fees incurred with returns will be buyer's responsibility.

Guarantee
This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health to the best of our knowledge upon the time of sale. Upon receipt this puppy is guaranteed to be free from life threatening or genetic diseases for up to 1 year.. It is required for a licensed veterinarian to examine the puppy within 96 hours of purchase or there will be NO GUARANTEE on Seller’s part.
This contract does NOT cover internal or external parasites or viruses.
If puppy is found to be unfit for purchase, the seller must be notified by the buyer and a written statement from a licensed veterinarian before any replacement will be made. In the event of the death of the puppy a necropsy must be performed to determine the cause of death. Louie’s Dachshunds will not be responsible for these charges. We do not offer cash refunds. We offer replacements if and when available. If a replacement is to be made, purchase price will go towards the price of another puppy of equal value when available. In the event of a replacement the puppy must be returned within 72 hours along with all the AKC paperwork and health records.
This puppy has been dewormed and given the appropriate vaccine/s. You will be given a health record. Buyer agrees to maintain the health of this puppy by yearly vaccines, heartworm protection and regular vet checkups.
We DO NOT guarantee the size, weight, coat, color, skin condition, temperament or training ability of this puppy/dog. Upon breeding rights we DO NOT guarantee the breeding ability of this puppy/dog.
If for any reason Buyer is unable to care for the puppy, buyer promises to contact the breeder in order to find the puppy/dog a loving home. Buyer agrees NOT to take the puppy/dog to an animal shelter for any reason.
Due to the varying kinds of dog food on the market and the different environmental condition with which the dogs come in contact, we will not guarantee the dog unless they're given NuVet Plus daily at the manufacturer's suggested dosage for 1 year. Failure to do so makes this guarantee null and void.
